A special choregi salad featuring fresh vegetables topped with plenty of fluffy boiled whitebait.

It has a refreshing taste, yet you can also feel a deep richness.

■Sashimi■ Fresh fish carpaccio

This special carpaccio features thinly sliced, fresh fish sourced that day, arranged with a colorful array of vegetables.

The special dressing perfectly complements the natural flavor and sweetness of the fresh fish, resulting in a refreshing taste.

■Exquisite Item■ Straw-grilled Bonito ~Salt-seared Bonito~

Fresh bonito is boldly seared over straw, resulting in a fragrant, crispy exterior and a moist, tender interior.

This dish allows you to enjoy the rich aroma and deep umami of bonito, unique to straw-grilled bonito, simply seasoned with salt.

Zangi is a local delicacy that is popular in Hokkaido.

The chicken is marinated in a special sauce and then deep-fried until crispy and fragrant on the outside and juicy on the inside.
